Cyber City, Building B: Flexible Interior Solutions for the Modern Office

Agility and Ergonomics in a High-Performance Workspace

Cyber City Building B is a contemporary office project where interior solutions are centered on functionality, employee well-being, and support for diverse work scenarios. Our team delivered a comprehensive suite of furniture and interior installations, encompassing workstations, private offices, meeting rooms, and communal breakout zones.

Workstations and Executive Suites

In Building B, we engineered and installed ergonomic workstations designed for both high-focus individual tasks and collaborative team efforts. Every solution was developed with a focus on intensive usage, seamless technology integration, and long-term structural integrity.

Key Implementations include:

  • Workstations with advanced integrated cable management systems.
  • Task and guest seating specifically rated for high-frequency daily use.
  • Storage cabinetry and filing units designed to maintain an organized, clutter-free professional environment.

Meeting and Conference Environments

Building B features a variety of meeting formats—ranging from intimate “huddle” rooms to expansive conference zones. The furniture was selected to ensure these spaces remain highly adaptable to changing professional requirements.

Key Implementations:

  • Conference tables featuring integrated communication and AV connectivity modules.
  • Ergonomic conference seating for prolonged comfort during meetings.
  • Multi-height surfacing, allowing for the creation of both formal and informal collaborative atmospheres.

Lounge and Breakout Zones

Great emphasis was placed on informal spaces that foster social interaction, relaxation, and creative brainstorming. Building B includes dedicated lounge zones, rest areas, and informal “touch-down” points.

Key Implementations:

  • Premium soft seating, including high-durability sofas and armchairs.
  • Coffee and side tables for flexible utility.
  • Multi-functional modules that transition easily between short-term rest and informal collaborative sessions.

Kitchens and Communal Hubs

The project also included the outfitting of office kitchens and communal hubs, engineered to accommodate high employee volumes. These solutions prioritize user convenience, durability, and low-maintenance surfaces.

Key Implementations:

  • Dining tables and seating configurations for large-scale communal use.
  • Bistro-height social zones for quick breaks and networking.
  • Versatile furnishings for shared spaces and impromptu meeting points.

The Result

Cyber City Building B is a balanced corporate interior project where functional furniture solutions maximize spatial utility and adapt to the fluid needs of a modern workforce. The diversity of specialized zones creates a vibrant, comfortable, and human-centric environment tailored to the daily rhythm of a leading tech ecosystem.
