Business Center U219: Atrium and Lobby Furnishing Solutions
Strategic Spatial Management and Contemporary Comfort
At the U219 Business Center, our scope of work involved the complete furnishing of the public atrium and lobby areas. The project focused on high-traffic communal zones, requiring a synergy between long-term durability, functional utility, and aesthetic alignment with the building’s cutting-edge architecture.
Atrium Environment
We created a versatile lounge and waiting area within the atrium, designed to serve both visitors and employees. The furniture was engineered to withstand high-volume foot traffic while maintaining a welcoming, informal atmosphere.
Key Implementations include:
- Commercial-grade armchairs upholstered in high-performance, wear-resistant textiles.
- Modular poufs and soft seating elements that allow for flexible spatial configurations.
- Low-profile coffee tables featuring powder-coated metal frames and premium MFC tops.
- Bespoke bench systems custom-fitted to the atrium’s unique floor plan.
Lobby and Transition Zones
In the lobby, the furniture serves a dual purpose: providing rest areas and subtly guiding the flow of movement. The solutions ensure the space remains open, intuitive, and highly functional.
Key Implementations:
- Integrated banquettes designed for brief periods of rest or waiting.
- Versatile poufs functioning as supplemental seating within the lobby’s expansive layout.
- Occasional tables optimized for informal touch-down meetings or short-term tasks.
The Result
The U219 Business Center project stands as a benchmark for integrated public space design. Our atrium and lobby solutions function as a unified system that manages guest flow effectively while establishing a prestigious, modern, and professional atmosphere for this landmark business center.
